Our Return Policy

Within 30 days of receiving your nonprescription order of medication, medical supplies or gift item, you may return it for a full credit or refund under any of the following circumstances:

	Item is unopened and you ordered the wrong item by mistake
	Item is new with original packaging and accessories
	Item was received damaged or defective
	Incorrect item was shipped

We will provide free return shipping if your return is a result of our error. If the return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost will be your responsibility either directly or deducted from the credit total. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.

We cannot accept for return opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Our Address is as follows:
