Title:  Microwave Baked Apples For Diabetics

Ingredients:  4 baking apples,
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello (sugar free),
1 Tbsp. margarine
   
Instructions: Cut apples in halves and core; sprinkle any flavor jello over apples (dry jello). Put a little margarine in center of each apple half and bake in microwave, about 10 minutes or until tender.
