Title:  Diabetic Lemon Pie

Ingredients:  2 boxes sugar free instant vanilla pudding, 1 individual pkg. of Krystal light lemonade, 3 1/2 c. skim or 2% milk, 2 graham cracker crust, 1 8 oz. pkg. cool whip
   
Instructions: Mix pudding, milk, and krystal light. Stir cool whip into the pudding mixture. Pour 1/2 of mixture into each of the graham cracker crust. Refrigerate. Makes 2 pies.
   
Tips: For best results, chill over night.

Title:  Key Lime Pie

Ingredients:  1 3 oz. sugar free lime flavor gelatin
1/4 c. boiling water
2 8 oz containers key lime pie light
yogurt
1 8 oz. fat free whipped topping
1 prepared 9 inch reduced fat graham
cracker pie crust

   
Instructions: In a large bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water. with wire whisk stir in yogurt and with spoon fold in whipped topping. Transfer mixture to crust and refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.

Title:  Lite banana pudding

Ingredients:  2 1.34oz sugar free french vanilla instant pudding
4 cups 2% milk
14 Jackson vanilla wafers
2 bananas

1 cup= 3 weight watcher points
1 cup= 14 carbs, without topping

This should make about 8 servings.
   
Instructions: Mix pudding according to instructions on the box. Set aside. In serving bowl break up about 3-4 wafers and slice 1/2 banana in top of wafers, cover with some pudding mix and continue to layer wafers, bananas and pudding unitl all is used.
   
Tips: I used Wal-Mart Great value brand sugar free instant pudding. You can use skim milk. I prefer Jackson vanilla wafers and the carbs are figured on this brand.
