Title:  Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:  2 8 ounces pkgs. cream cheese softened
2 1 ounce squares unsweetened chocolate melted and cooled
Sugar substitue equivalent to 1 cup of sugar
1 t. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped pecans
   
Instructions: beat the cream cheese, chocolate,vanilla and sugar substitue until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into 8 inch square baking pan lined with foil. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 16 squares. Yeild 16 servings carbs 5 grams calories 147 wwpoint 1
   
Tips: Weight Watchers used crumbled graham crackers instead of pecans. This reduces the fat and calories. 18 packets of Equal is 1 cup of sugar
